Ministry of Icelandic Vegetables was founded by six designers based in Reykjavík. We all share the common belief thaf food can and should be both sustainable and local.

That´s why we started creating collaborative products in our local community. After thorough research, we join various people, industries and institutions to experiment with us. We explore ingredients and production systems with the ultimate end goal of creating valuable products that showcase the strength of collaboration within a local community.

Collaboration with Búi Bjarmar Aðalsteinsson, Gabríel Markan, Johanna Seelemann, Védís Pálsdóttir and Þura Stína Kristleifsdóttir.
