    Everyday


    Studio Plastplan





    Everyday is a product collection and a milestone in the studio's research into local circular production. Manufactured entirely from locally recycled plastic using machinery and production methods developed in-house, the collection transformed discarded material into a series of everyday objects that celebrated the unique qualities of recycled plastic. Presented at the exhibition Prototype in Gallery Port, Everyday demonstrated the studio's vision for a new material culture rooted in local resources. The studio was recognised with the Icelandic Design Awards the same year for the Everyday collection, Höfuðstöðin and local collaborations.
